You will be part of Fighter Production within Saab's business area Aeronautics, specifically in the Production Management Office, which is responsible for the production's needs for calculations, customer order management, as well as strategic, tactical, and operational planning for manufactured items.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Planning Coordinator, you will work on development projects with the responsibility to create, maintain, and ensure high quality in planning data for activities related to the design and industrialization of new items, tools, and documentation, with a primary focus on Gripen. The work involves close collaboration with several technical disciplines where you gather, compile, and update planning information and ensure timelines.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• Planning and coordinating resources, activities, and timelines

• Ensuring that the planning is followed and updated as needed

• Monitoring deliveries, deviations, and deadlines

• Compiling reports and analyzing planning data

• Contributing to the improvement of planning processes and working methods

Your Profile

You enjoy collaborating with different functions, communicate clearly, and have a strong commitment to contributing to efficient flows and improved results.

We also see that you have:

• Experience in planning, coordination, or similar roles

• A university degree in engineering, logistics, or economics, or equivalent documented knowledge

• Experience working in business or planning systems

• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
